What's New
Walls is a dance/theatre play-in-progress.
It is based on the short story "The Yellow Wallpaper" by Charlotte Perkins Gilman, published in 1899. The main character has been diagnosed with Hysteria and confined to a room where something is lurking within the walls... or is it all in her mind?
Choreographer needed
Sophie Anderson, who will be directing Walls, and I are tentatively planning a workshop production of this play on Saturday, September 20, at the Rubber Rose in North Park. We are currently seeking a choreographer who is experienced with modern/lyrical styles, has a great understanding of using movement to tell a story, and can work as part of a highly collaborative small group.
